At Phexroxxmrex, we stand behind the quality of our garden furniture repair and maintenance services. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every service we provide.
If you are not satisfied with the results of our work, please contact us within 30 days of service completion to discuss your concerns and explore resolution options.
Service Refund Policy
Since we provide services rather than products, our return policy applies to service satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with our service work, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if we are unable to resolve your concerns through re-service or correction of the work performed. All refund requests must be made within 30 days of service completion.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service date without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- More than 24 hours notice: No cancellation fee
- Less than 24 hours notice: 25% cancellation fee
- Same day cancellation: 50% cancellation fee
- No-show: Full service fee applies
Service Re-do Policy
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, we will re-perform the service at no additional charge, provided that:
- You contact us within 30 days of service completion
- The issue is related to workmanship, not normal wear or misuse
- The original service was performed as agreed upon
- No modifications were made to the work after completion
Warranty Coverage
Our services come with a 30-day warranty on workmanship and materials used. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and failure of applied treatments under normal use conditions.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, extreme weather conditions not typical for your area, or normal wear and tear. Pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed during initial assessment are also not covered.

We aim to respond to all return and refund requests within 48 hours during business days. Please provide your service order number or date of service when contacting us.

If you have a dispute regarding our service or this return policy, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. We are committed to finding fair and reasonable solutions to any concerns you may have.
Our process includes: reviewing your concern, inspecting the work if necessary, providing options for resolution, and implementing the agreed-upon solution in a timely manner.
