Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance. We will work with you to find an alternative time that suits both parties.

For maintenance programs and ongoing services, payment schedules will be clearly outlined in your service agreement. All prices are subject to change but will be confirmed before work begins.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide excellent service, Phexroxxmrex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

We are not responsible for damage to furniture that was not disclosed during the initial assessment or damage that occurs due to improper use after service completion.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work and offer satisfaction guarantees on our repair and maintenance services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 30 days of service completion to discuss resolution options.

Warranty coverage applies to workmanship and materials used. Normal wear and tear or damage from misuse is not covered under our warranty.
